Grenache blanc, Roussanne and Clairette excel on the limestone rich soils of the domaine and we were able to capture all the sunshine of the summer of 2016 and the refreshing cooler evenings / nights of a sunny autumnal September.

This has given a wine of immense finesse and power. Aromas of white flowers, honey, and ripe citrus fruits with a mouth of roundness and freshness which not only lingers but grows.

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany hearty salads, chilled antipasti dishes, and the larder of the oceans.

A blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 25% Roussanne and 15% Clairette, the 2016 Ventoux Blanc features subtle notes of pencil shavings married to pineapple fruit. This plump, medium-bodied white shows more concentration than typical for the appellation, with a silky texture and a long finish. It should drink well for the next year or two.

Bright light golden colour. Pure nose displaying young fruit, pear, peach, some herbal notes and fresh almond. Well balanced palate with good weight and fruitiness, yet a fresh backbone and rather long finish, nicely made.
