Cuvée Séléné 2015, AOC Ventoux

We only produce this limited edition white cuvée in special vintages. 

 

2015 was a particularly low yielding year for organic viticulture in our area as a disease destroyed many of the grape bunches when they had just formed in June of that year. The remaining grapes formed perfectly, but were small and concentrated.

 

Bottled in April 2017, cuvée Séléné has the potential to age for at least a further 6 years whilst developing additional nuances as it matures. It is packed with green mango and ripe citrus aromas with subtle  tones of French oak. It has a  fresh minerality and  its deep and complex fruit flavours develop on the palate and give a long, savoury finish..

 

Full of sunshine, this wine is for enjoying with seafood, white meats and all manner of cheeses. It will leave your mouth refreshed, stimulated and excited for your next degustation!

Bright light golden. Fine nose displaying discreet oak with nutty and toasted notes - ripe citrus and elegant stone fruit. The palate has a bright freshness paired with generous fruit and finely underlined oak, toasted and nutty finish with good length and balance, really good.
