Fresh savoury white wine with a rich aroma. Blend of wine matured in stainless steel for sixteen months with 18% fermented and aged in new French oak barrels.

Clear shining golden colour. It has a complex nose, with honeysuckle, white flowers and a hint of sandalwood overlaying a citrus under tone. A clean crisp minerality on the palate with a hint of passion fruit. The mouthfeel is long, complex and savoury.

Perfect to accompany white meat, fish and shellfish, lightly spiced dishes and strong cheeses.
