Sustainable viticulture with organic fertilisation and the minimum use of organic sprays. 

Must pressed and fermented with natural and organic yeasts, in stainless steel and a smaller element in old oak barrels, at controlled temperatures.  It was then aged on its lees in these vessels for around six months.

Fruit forward Mediterranean style rosé with aromas of summer fruits and a hint of wild red berries.

Rich developed palate showing minerality and length with a harmonious and clean finish.

This is a rosé for the summer and beyond.

It shows very well with summer menus, as an aperitif and will grace most restaurant dining menus.
