Sustainable viticulture with organic fertilisation and the minimum use of spraying. 

Must pressed and fermented at low temperature with natural yeasts for three weeks.

Wine matured in stainless steel on lees for four months.

Fruit forward Mediterranean style rosé with aromas of light summer fruits and a hint of wild red berries.

Rich developed palate showing minerality and length with an harmonious and clean finish.

This is a rosé for the summer and beyond.

It shows very well with summer menus, as an aperitif and will grace most restaurant dining menus.
