Aromas of red forest fruit and hints of plum and soured cherries. A well-balanced, rounded, supple flavour; with light tannins and notes of black pepper, hints of spice leading to succulent cherry fruit.

A wine to age for a few years or drink now. Serve with red meats, casseroles and stews and cheeses. Great on its own.
