Organic Wine

Grenache blanc, Roussanne and Clairette excel on the limestone rich soils of the Domaine and we were able to capture the sunshine of the summer of 2018 in this rich and refreshing wine.

Our organic viticulture seeks to be in harmony with the land, with organic fertilisation and the minimum use of spraying.  The vines are not irrigated. 

A wine of finesse and power giving a harmonious expression of our sense of place in the Ventoux.

This wine is fully organic and is largely from our exceptional plot of grenache blanc. The fruit was hand harvested fruit and fermented using indigeneous yeast at a low temperature to bring out the natural aromas in the grapes.

Layered aromas of fresh tropical and exotic flowers caressed by a hint of vanilla.  The palate shows lively fruit and a clean minerality with hints of honey, paw paws and macadamia nuts.  Clean and precise grip which enrobes your mouth with subtle barrel fermented grenache blanc, giving  it length and a noble structure.

Benefits from being given air.  Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany creamy cheeses, dishes of meaty fish (eg tuna, swordfish) , and chicken dishes.
