An elegant and fruity rosé for gastronomes. Aromas of summer berries, paricularly raspberry. Colour between pacific salmon and pink grapefruit.

A complex structure adding length and character. Dry with a good balance of fruit and acidity. Mineral and pure. A long finish.

A food-lovers’ wine, will accompany most European cuisine including strong flavours such as charcuterie, goat’s cheeses, barbecued fish, aiolis and lightly spiced dishes.
