An unusual and exciting white wine.  Fresh, clean and aromatic.

​

Must pressed and fermented at low temperature. Wine matured in stainless steel for seven months with 30% of Grenache Blanc fermented and aged in new French oak barrels.

​

A brilliant lemon yellow hue. On the nose it has clean citrus notes and with a hint of tropical fruit and fresh vanilla. Hints of a savoury yeastiness. Flavours of ripe stone fruits (peaches, nectarines) with clean minerality and fresh acidity. A long finish which leaves the palate clean and refreshed.
