Sustainable viticulture with organic fertilisation and the minimum use of organic sprays. 

Must pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. It was then aged for around five months.

Fruit forward Mediterranean style rosé with aromas of summer fruits and a hint of wild red berries.

Rich developed palate showing minerality and length with a harmonious, clean and fresh finish.

This is a rosé for the summer and beyond.

It shows very well with summer menus, as an aperitif and will grace most restaurant dining menus.

 

Grape Variety

25% Cinsault, 25% Grenache Noir, 25% Mourvèdre, 25% Marselan.
