This sun-drenched wine is perfect as an aperitif, with white meats and all kinds of cheeses. It will leave your mouth fresh, stimulated and exhilarated. A gastronomic style demonstrating style, colour, texture and energy which will continue to develop over the next 6 years as Roussanne produces wines which can age magnificently.
On the nose, floral notes, honey, toasted notes. Very pleasing aromatic complexity and richness. In the mouth, the richness of the Roussanne is well-balanced with acidity. The minerality brings a pleasing freshness to the palate. Slight notes of salinity. Long and sumptuous finish.
