The beauty of Cinsault and the last of the Grenache coming in. Syrah done. Busy 24 hours with 19 tonnes of fruit 🍇 received and processed. Just the Carignan and Mourvedre left for next week or maybe later!
Notre magnifique récolte du Cincault et pout terminer notre Grenache! La récolte du Syrah est maintenant terminée. Et nos dernières 24h ont été bien occupées avec 19 tonnes de raisin récolté et pressé. Le Carignan et Mourvèdre prévu pour la semaine prochaine ou perte un peu plus tard.
I recently spent a day immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the vineyard during the 2017 harvest. The weather was perfect, and the quality of the Cinsault and Grenache grapes was outstanding. Handling 19 tons of fruit in just 24 hours was both exhausting and exhilarating, especially knowing the Syrah harvest was complete. After such a physically demanding day, I treated myself to an Exfoliating dermaplaning treatment, which left my skin smooth, refreshed, and glowing, perfectly complementing the rewarding harvest experience.
With beautiful weather and excellent grape quality, this year’s harvest is shaping up to be one of the best. The Syrah is fully processed, the Cinsault is complete, and we're just wrapping up the Grenache. In the last 24 hours alone, 19 tons of grapes were harvested and pressed, making it a busy but rewarding time. Carignan and Mourvèdre are next on the list, either next week or shortly after. While we stay focused on our vineyard, some students are busy with academics and look for help, often searching take my spanish class for me to lighten their workload. Timing, in both wine and study, is everything.
