Vintur Strikes Gold
Domaine Vintur’s latest white wine, 2016 Tradition blanc, has won a gold medal at the Concours de Ventoux, reinforcing our strong reputation for outstanding white wines.
The new wine, which will be bottled in spring and released in the summer, is a blend of Grenache blanc, Roussanne and Clairette. The wine itself is golden and full of sunshine. Aromatic with notes of honey-suckle and jasmine, multi-layered with body, fresh citrus and minerality, it has a long finish. It looks like this will be an exciting wine, which will develop in the bottle.
Graham Shore, owner of Domaine Vintur, said:
“Every time we enter our whites for competitions we seem to win. Congratulations to James Wood on making another winner. I love our block of Grenache blanc which produces exceptional fruit every year.”
