A crisp dry Mediterranean rosé, perfect on its own or with food.

Must pressed and fermented at low temperature. Wine matured in stainless steel for seven months and in bottle for a further 4 months.

​

Light clean and fresh on the nose with the aromas of red woodland berries. Colour of wild salmon. Crisp and dry with balance and precision on the palate and lively fruit. A long lingering clean fresh finish.

Great as an apéritif on warm days as well as matching well with strong flavours such as; charcuterie, goat’s cheeses, aiolis and lightly spiced dishes.
