We are thrilled to be able to launch our new red wine, Le Minot (which means “the Kid” in French). With the strength and energy of a young bull, this gutsy wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot and Carignan.

Artisan wine-making at its best with the Merlot crushed by feet in the traditional way and pressed in a small basket press after a wild ferment. Carignan with incredible aromas and flavours of blackberry. All blended with beefy Syrah. New world thinking in an old world domaine.

An explosion of ripe succulent wild forest fruit, pomegranate, plum and blueberry, leading to deep notes of spice and smooth fresh leather. On the palate there is a sensation of fresh cool evenings and opulent sunshine! Deep ruby colour; high tones of fresh young cassis, and wild thyme finishing with hints of fresh ground white pepper and clean flinty notes.

Savoir faire artisanal a son apogée grace au foulage du Merlot avec les pieds et de la presse réalisée dans des pressoirs aux ferments naturels & sauvages. Le Carignan offre de superbes arômes et parfums de mures. Le tout mélangé avec notre généreuse Syrah. Vin nouveau réalisé par les techniques anciennes & traditionnelles.

Une explosion de fruits des bois succulents et bien murs, de grenade, de prune et de myrtille offrant d’intenses notes d’epices et de cuir doux. Au palet, il revele la fraicheur des soirees et l’opulent soleil du Rhone. Dense couleur rubis au reflets de jeune cassis thyme sauvage terminant sur une note nette et minérale de poivre blanc.
